Halloween's coming!

Try some healthier treats for your family BEFORE the big candy hunt!
Pumpkin muffins for breakfast (whole grain & reduced sugar) a protein source and some fruit. Then, make lunch something fresh and filling... some munchie veggies with dip and maybe a hearty soup.
